The user is required to provide truthful, complete, and accurate information.

3. Prices and Availability
Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, where applicable

Actual availability is confirmed by the seller upon order processing
In the event of evident pricing errors or product unavailability, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order without obligation.
4. Payment
Payment is made exclusively upon delivery (cash on delivery), directly to the courier, in cash.
Advance payments are not accepted, including:
credit cards
bank transfers
other electronic payment methods
The site promoter does not process payments nor collect funds.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is carried out by the seller via courier or postal service, generally within 24–72 business hours from order confirmation.
Any shipping costs are communicated prior to final order confirmation.
In the event of an unjustified refusal of delivery, the seller may:
refuse future orders
request reimbursement of incurred costs
6. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, unless otherwise provided by law.
Withdrawal must be exercised by:
notifying the intention to withdraw via email or another traceable method
returning the product intact, unused, and in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds will be issued by the third-party seller, via bank transfer, after verification of the returned product.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
used or damaged products
sealed products that have been opened
hygienic or customized products
7. Limitation of Liability
The site promoter is not liable for:
improper or non-compliant use of the products
delays, loss, or service disruptions attributable to couriers
incorrect information provided by the user
defects or non-conformity of products, attributable to the seller or manufacturer
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (texts, images, graphics, logos) is protected by copyright and used under license or authorization from the respective rights holders.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute:
the consumer’s court of jurisdiction shall apply, where applicable
otherwise, jurisdiction shall lie with the court of the third-party seller
